1 Estimates and Quotations

All quotations and estimates provided by Grace Cabinets are valid for the period specified on the quotation. Prices may change due to material costs, supplier pricing, or project modifications.

2 Deposits

A deposit may be required before materials are ordered and project scheduling begins.

Because custom cabinetry, countertops, and related materials are ordered specifically for each project, deposits become non-refundable once project approval is received and materials have been ordered.

3 Custom Products

All cabinetry, countertops, and custom-built products are manufactured or supplied specifically for each customer.

Due to the custom nature of these products, cancellations after production begins may not be eligible for a refund.

4 Project Changes

Any changes requested after approval may result in additional costs, revised timelines, or both.

All change requests should be submitted and approved in writing.

5 Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be outlined in the customer's quotation, proposal, or contract.

Outstanding balances may delay manufacturing, delivery, or installation.

6 Installation

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the project site.

Project timelines may be affected by site conditions, weather, supplier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

7 Warranty

Grace Cabinets stands behind the quality of its workmanship and installation services.

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

• Customer misuse
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by water, moisture, abuse, or third parties
• Alterations performed by others

Specific warranty details may be provided in individual project agreements.

8 Limitation of Liability

Grace Cabinets shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services.
